FREEDOM
School has adjurned!!! I don't have to return to the awful place for two weeks, thank goodness. I am all partied-movied-junkfooded out. I don't even want to hear the word sugar. Or movie. Or anything pertaining to such. I skipped all my classes today, though, to play cards in the bandroom. It was so much better than watching the same movie over and over again.
The Apollo Show was pretty good this time. We actually had a couple acts with tallent. The theme was "Back in the Day" so it was all old songs and stuff. There were only about eight or so people who participated, but a few did more than one thing. One shouldn't even have been allowed to be in it. I know it's mean to say, but really. She did a duet with one guy, then did a solo, too. My ears hurt. Anyway, overall it was good. The last band actually had an encore. (Justin Cobb and Jordan Howell on guitars, with John Tucker on drums.) They performed a medly of different rock stuff, and had everyone up and shouting. But they were ok, so it's all good.
I have absolutely nothing planned for break. I don't know what to do with myself! I need to practice everyday, but that's about all. It'll be so nice. Two whole weeks that I don't have to be around the stupid people in my school. Hopefully I'll be able to put in some hours babysitting, and earn some money. And maybe look around for a job...though where I don't know. I don't know what to do!! Any ideas for a place to work. One not in fast food? I really don't want to work in fast food. How absolutely boring.
