Come on; courts give state-ordered therapy to people all the time!

Happens all the time on Earth; criminals they think they can rehabilitate or whatever the courts force into therapy. Some of them that are really bad they ship off into things called Mental Asylums which are basically prisons that no one called prisons for crazy people.
