End of Weekends

Let's see. The weekend is over. They also seem to go by so fast - I know that is a bit of a cliche thing to say, but it sure it true.

Matt came in on Friday night. We hung out with his old roommates - had some drinks, played taboo and some French card game that Kevin owns. It was a nice evening. The next day was severely relaxing - didn't do a damn thing. Stayed in my pjs all day, hanging out. It was good. Going out can be a lot of fun - but at the same time, there is something wonderful about staying in and doing nothing.

This week is Alishka's birthday - 21st I might add. On Thursday, we are going to the Fanueil Hall area - hitting up Hong Kong (a fave of ours). Now, on Friday we are going to Tequila Rain over by Fenway. Never been there before. I heard (from one person) that's it a lot of fun.... the place sells itself by saying it's like spring break year round. Funny thing, I am going out two nights in a row - but I don't have a lot of money, so it should be interesting. Hope it's a good weekend... has the potential to be either good or bad. We'll see which.

I am trying to think if there is anything else to add to this. I know things must have happened, but I don't know what.... boy, aren't I interesting?

BTW, I am going to recommend the movie, City of God to everyone.... amazing movie - very powerful, beautifully shot, highly violent, based on a true story. All in all, something to see. Well, I am out of here...

Later, alligators....
