the highlights of orientation:

-meeting someone from alaska
-picking out my classes
-getting lost in southwest (one of the 6 residential areas)
-a new batch of friends for the first time in.. 13 yrs? haha.
-meeting someone whose name is almost like mine (pauline, har har)
-meeting someone who has the same interests as me (premed psychiatry!)
-picking out where i get to live! (orchard hill!) =D
-hearing someone speak japanese
-getting more mosquito bites than i can count
-getting my ID
-feeling genuinely comfortable around strangers.

im ridiculously psyched for fall. =D
