attention chaminade students:
the uniforms for next year suck!
so i just got in an order of like 3 different sizes for 3 different types of bottoms and 3 sizes of shirts and a sweatshirt. the pants all come like 2 inches above my bellybutton. they are all gigantic in the butt. the legs are all like 10 inches too wide, causing me to look like i way 300 pounds. they are straight ended paints so it makes my legs look huge on top and tiny at my ankles. the kids large and extra large shirts are huge and make me look like i have no waist, hips, or chest whatsoever. the adult small shirt is giganticly long and huge in the waist, but at least hugs my upper area haha. the capris fit nicely, but are wayyy to long, so we are finding out if we can roll them up. the sweatshirt is huge and you can only get it in navy. therefore, if your cold, you either have to wear khaki pants [so you can match the navy sweater] or you have to wear navy pants and just look like a giant blueberry all day. im soo mad about this whole uniform thing, its unbelievable.
oh yea, and my moms been emailing with mrs tweedy about the whole thing the past few days to find out what happens if we cant fit into anything at all, and she has checked numerous stores to check if you can wear their pants, and the only thing you can wear is Dockers if you color match it with a color swatch to the Lands End ones..she said absolutely no clothing from GAP, Abercrombie, Hollister, or American Eagle. She has checked these places out and they are not acceptable because of the low waste, and apparently she will be checking everyones pants the first week of school. Lovely, huh?
