You take them both and there you have:
Home sick from work.
Home sick from work.
I could keep going, but I'd rather not expend the energy. Thought I was getting better and then all of a sudden last night,
it hit my chest big time and the coughing jags turned into asthma attacks turned into some rather unpleasant dry heaving. That was 3 am. Needless, I've been up since 7:45 am trying desperately to convince myself I shoud go to work.
When you're wrong, you're wrong. I'm wrong. I should not go to work.
So now I'm in that strange place of not being at work, which is great, but I'm too sick and nasty to care.
I have/had a deadline of today. Blow that for a game of darts. I worked last week, when I probably should have been at home trying to get this deadline met. The nice thing is I can do a lot of stuff remotely, which can be frustrating when healthy and at work, but almost albatross-like when sick and at home.
Since I know I can complete two projects I might as well.
I have my photography class at USF tonight. Cue sound of my mother's voice, "If you're too sick to go to school, you're too sick to go to rehearsal/audition/outside activity/etc." We'll see. Attendance is part of my grade... I should try to go.
