You could probably FP to every location, but I like to fly so that any time you are traveling that isn't a FP, or doing quests in an outdoor area, work on Gaining the Advantage.
My hearth is Sylvanaar, but you can be at Shattrath so you can hearth back at the end if you have to leave for finishing up last few quests.
Hopefully, you have done the cooking quest before and have been taken the Crate of Meat and don't have to farm for the ingredients for the quests. Some are in the areas that you do the quest, others are a little out of the way.
This list excludes quests I can't do yet, like the Netherwing, ones that require a group, like dungeon dailies, PvP dailies, or ones I don't "need" rep for / don't like.

(If your fishing is Felblood Fillet, take the FP to Hellfire (or fly) and fish it up there. Also, you can do the Hellfire Dailes, Blast the Gateway and Blood for Blood. I don't do them unless I get that fishing quest or I have the time after I've done the rest.)
Total Dailies Done: 17 (18 if you finish Gaining the Advantage, or 20 with the two from Hellfire.)
Time: 3 1/2 hours, includes the time it took me to type this while I was doing the quests, and it was a first run through in that particular order. Could probably be shortened with practice.
Money: 172g, says my MoneyFu. Includes the money drops from mobs and grey items sold.
