Winter Olympics
The Canadian women's hockey team is slaughtering everyone. Sixteen to nothing against Switzerland, and twelve to nothing against Russia. Just....holy shit. That is intense. Hopefully Sweden will be a bit more of a challenge for them. The US team has been doing pretty well too. Sarah Parsons is pretty much the shit. I used to play hockey against her. in her good old Assabet days. Which really were only a season ago. Time flies. She scored two goals against Germany. It's so weird though. I mean, it's not everyday that you can say "Yeah, I used to play against an Olympic athlete, and could keep up with her". But, it's so cool. I always get mad crazy into Winter Olympic spirit. Heh. It must be because I play winter sports almost exclusively. Oh well. I would really like to see Armenia win a medal though. There's no snow there, but they still have five athletes representing the country: two figure skaters, two cross-country skiers, and one down-hill skier.
