Synopsis:Each step he took made him dread seeing his ex-lover all the more. Usually he’d take the elevator, but this time he needed to take his time to think things through and build up the courage to be face to face with Aoi. He counted each step he took, and when he reached their floor, he walked to the door with the number 426 engraved in the wood. He saw Aoi’s car outside, so he knew the other was there. He took in a deep breath when he knocked on the door, and when he got no reply, he reached in his pocket to grab his key. He had to see him.
Comments: I think this might have came out a little all over the place. It'll all piece together later, but for the most part I think it came out alright.
Uruha’s body arched as he felt those hands trace down the small of his back, his sweat slicked skin wet and moist, head thrown back as a moan escaped past his plush, pouty lips.
“God, baby. You feel so good.” The raven said from above him, his nails digging into his lover’s hips as he rammed into him.
“Fuck, Yuu!” A loud groan was released into the air, echoing in the studio apartment they shared. Uruha’s body quivered as he felt himself soil the satin purple sheets, fingers clutching the expensive material in his hands. He loved this, this feeling he felt when Aoi fucked him. Even after five years, it felt just as passionate as it always had. Aoi was perfect.
It wasn’t long before the raven was following his lover, his body shaking as he released within the blonde. His breathing was labored, his heartbeat erratic as he fell onto the ruined sheets beside Uruha, arms reaching to circle the younger’s waist.
“I think we really need to pick something that isn’t going to last a day.” Aoi said in joking manner, referring to the brand new bed set that was purchased. “You know, if you keep doing this, I have a feeling that our poor bed is going to find itself naked permanently.”
“Yuu Shiroyama, you have no room to talk!” The honey blonde argued, playfully punching him in the chest. “Maybe we shouldn’t have sex. Then we wouldn’t have to worry about it, right?”
“I didn’t mean it like that!” The raven whined, tightening his embrace. “You know what I meant.”
Uruha’s expression changed as his lips curved into a smile, just before placing a kiss to the other’s lips, his nails quickly grabbing his elder’s hips to make him jump. “You know I love you.” He said with a smile.
“Shit!” Aoi felt his body jolt from the contact, but he quickly relaxed when he felt Uruha’s arms wrap around his frame. Even now Aoi felt like he was heaven. Uruha was everything he could ever ask for. He was beautiful, funny, sweet. Any and every quality the other had made Aoi head over heels, flaws and all. He was perfect.
Where did it all go wrong?

Ring~ring~ring~
Aoi couldn’t bring himself to move. His maple hues stayed locked to the picture on his nightstand, the picture that kept causing tears to fall. He didn’t want to talk to anyone. He wanted to be alone.
‘Hey, if you called I assume you’re looking for me or Yuu. We must be away right now, so leave a message after the tone and one or both of us will get back to you.’
~beeeeeepppp~
“Hey Aoi, it’s Ruki. You haven’t been at practice for a week now. I have no idea what’s going on, Uruha won’t talk to me. Every time I ask he gets really defensive and flips out. Call me back. I’m worried.”
The petite brunette sighed as he hung up the phone, glancing to the spiky blonde beside him. “Reita, what should we do? The band is seriously falling apart over this.”
“Don’t know. Do you think the rumors are true?” Reita crossed his arms as he leaned against the wall, mind succumbing to the thoughts that where spinning around in his head. “If they are, I can’t blame Aoi for being in the sorry state he’s in.”
“What rumors?” Ruki asked, eyes becoming wide and curious like a child’s.
“Apparently Kouyou was fucking around with Tora. Aoi walked in on them fooling around. Tora is supposed to be with Kanon, from that band An Café. Kanon is Aoi’s brother and Kouyou knew it. What makes it worse is that Kouyou was the one who ended it with Aoi.” Reita said with frown, disappointed with his friend. He grew up with Uruha, and he never thought his best friend would do something like that. It wasn’t like him. He didn’t want to believe it.
“That’s fucked up.” The small male said, shock clearly evident in his expression. He could only imagine how livid Aoi must have been when he caught his lover in bed with his friend, as well as his brother’s love. “I wonder…do you think it’s true?”
“I hope not.” Reita said, dropping his gaze to the floor. “I really hope not.”

“Baby, why won’t you talk to me?” Kanon frowned as he took a seat on the couch beside the brunette, reaching out to brush a few strands of hair from his face. “Come on, Shinji. Tell me.”
Tora couldn’t help but jump when Kanon went to touch him. He felt horrible, guilty for what happened. He fucked up. He knew he fucked up. Unlike Uruha, he didn’t have the guts to tell Kanon. In all actuality, he couldn’t live without Kanon. It was selfish he knew, but the risk he could lose Kanon made him want to be distant, just until he could gain the courage to tell the raven everything. “I’m sorry, Shinya. I just feel a little ill. That’s all.”
“Let’s go to bed, okay?” He grabbed the tiger by the arm and dragged him back to their bedroom, not giving the other a chance to object. He hated when Tora was like this. He often wondered if maybe it was his fault. Why couldn’t Tora talk to him? They’ve known each other since high school. There was no reason for Tora to clam up now. So then why? Why was Tora acting like this?
“Shinji?” Kanon pushed the tiger to the bed, straddling his love on either side to keep him pinned. “I know you fucked up.” He said, sliding his hands under his elder’s shirt and scratching his nails lightly on the skin of his abdomen. “If you don’t tell me, I’ll find out on my own. If I find out from another source that you did something, I’m going to kick your ass. I love you, you fucking idiot. So you better remember that.”
Tora couldn’t fight it when Kanon pushed him to the bed. He wanted so badly to say it, to just come out with it. “Shinya? I….”
“Go on.” The raven encouraged Tora to talk, hands continuing to roam his lover’s stomach and hips.
“Yuu walked in on me with someone.” He said, snapping his eyes shut. He could feel it, the force of the hit Kanon was about to throw.
But there was nothing.
He opened his eyes to see Kanon’s dark hues moist with tears, his expression broken. Kanon was always the stronger one. He’s seen his lover cry on numerous occasions, but this..it hurt so much more. He caused this. He broke Kanon’s heart.
“Baby, I’m so sorry!” Tora said, trying to gain his lover’s attention. “I messed up! I know I did! Please, please listen to me. I’m so sorry!” He was panicking, hands sweaty as he gripped Kanon’s arms. “Please, just…I love you, it’ll never happen again!”
Kanon couldn’t make much of what Tora said out. It was like he could hear his voice, but it felt so distant. His heart was breaking. Why would Tora cheat? Did he do something wrong? He’s always been the kind of guy he could depend on. He said he loved him, promised to be loyal. He lied. He was angry, but the question was haunting him. Who was it with?
“Who did you fuck?” The younger seethed, clutching Tora’s wrists to push him away. “Who was it, Shinji?!”
Tora swallowed hard as he felt his own eyes filling up with tears. Kanon’s expression was full of malice, his words venomous to his ears. “It…it doesn’t matter, does it?”
“It does to me!” Kanon snapped, “Who fucking was it?”
Tora couldn’t bear to look at Kanon. He shut his eyes again, swallowing back his sobs. Kanon wasn’t going to forgive him. There was no way.
“Kouyou.” He replied, opening his eyes again, looking up at his lover. “It was with Kouyou.”

There wasn’t a doubt in the blonde’s mind that what he did was wrong. He loved Aoi. His head has aching from a hangover, and the empty liquor bottles in the backseat were evidence of the pain in his head. He couldn’t remember why he reacted the way he did. He was glad that Aoi hasn’t shown up for work, but he was still concerned for his safety. He couldn’t count how many times over the past two weeks he’s wanted to go back to the apartment and beg Aoi to take him back, or at least try and talk things out.
He released a subtle sigh as he got out of his car, locking the doors before walking into the apartment building. He couldn’t stand it anymore. He needed to talk to Aoi, to see him and feel him again. He’d give anything to have the raven back in his arms, and he wasn’t going to leave until at least Aoi heard him out.
Each step he took made him dread seeing his ex-lover all the more.
“Yuu?” He looked around the apartment, a frown quickly finding a place on his face. It was a complete mess, with newspapers on the ground, broken glass in the kitchen. It was obvious that Aoi had broken down and went on a rampage. He was short tempered, and Uruha knew he didn’t help Aoi any by doing what he did.
He took slow steps to the bedroom door, and he gently tapped on the solid oak as he stood in the door way. “Yuu, please talk to me.”
Aoi glanced to see the honey blonde standing there, and he sighed heavily as he sat upright. “You know this is considered breaking an entry, right? I could have you arrested.”
“Then call the police, Yuu. Here’s my phone.” Uruha handed the raven his cell phone and took a seat on the bed. It looked like the bedroom was the same as it was when he left. The bedspread was still that purple satin, and the room seemed to be the only area of the house that was left untouched. “How are you feeling?”
“What are you doing here?” The raven questioned, eyes narrowing at the other. “What the fuck could possibly bring you back?”
“Shut it, Yuu. I’m just checking up on you. I want to talk.” Uruha retorted, placing a hand on Aoi’s shoulder. “I fucked up.”
“That’s an understatement.” Aoi scoffed, rolling his eyes.
“I was drunk.” Uruha said, frowning a bit. “I was drunk, and Tora was here looking for you. I got a letter in the mail that day. I didn’t know how to deal with it. When Tora came over, I made him have a few drinks, and then one thing led to another and when you walked in, I felt horrible.”
“That’s no excuse.” Aoi supplied sufficiently. “You cheated on me. Whatever the reason, it doesn’t make it okay.”
“No, I know that.” Uruha replied, looking the other in eyes. “I got bad news that day, Yuu. My sister’s sick.”
Aoi’s eyes grew wide, mouth dropping in disbelief. “What?”
“I found out she’s sick. She has cancer, Yuu. I got tested because I had this bruise that wouldn’t go away. I’m sick, Yuu.”
“No, no you’re fine!” The raven said, tears pricking from his eyes. “You can’t be! You’re healthy, you’re fine!”
“Yuu, I have cancer.” Uruha whispered, pulling the other in for a hug. “I have cancer and I’m terrified.”
“It’ll be okay, right?” Aoi asked, wrapping his arms around the younger.
“It has to be.” The honey blonde replied. “It just has to be.”
