Two For The Price Of One- Acrylics and Oil Pastels...

So I had another insomnia night... I finished up a landscape I started in oils with acrylics and then drew/painted a second with oil pastels. This was my first serious oil pastels attempt. I painted over the strokes to blend them with turpentine. I like the design and imagery (as well as the tribute to "Starry Night") but find the lightning to be too muddy looking. So anyhow, here they are:
