A Bunch of Various Stuff...
So it's 22 days til Christmas! This evening I got about halfway done with the crocheted scarf I am making for my neice while listening to "A Christmas Story" on TV :) It's made from variegated yarn with pinks, purples, and aquas in it. I am still planning to make a few aprons to give away, but those are not as tedious or time-consuming to make.
Besides that, Brian and I were talking about ideas for when we move to our "farm" (if we ever find one LOL). He heard a radio program about a lady that raises Alpacas for their fiber, and apparently there is a market for it. Also, they can do light pack work (ie help me carry my harvest from the yard to the house hehe). A person I know from high school says I may be able to get in touch with her cousin who raises them locally. That would be helpful!
I also ended up loading Wrath of the Lich King onto Brian's computer since I am still in need of a new power supply for my laptop. I prefer playing on the laptop since it's got more RAM and runs smoother, but I was able to get TrueSunn up to lvl 73! I got invited to run Karazhan with my new guild yesterday, but I just didn't have the time. There is one other Boomkin in the guild, who I had a good convo with today about tag-teaming the 10 mans when I get to 80 hehe ;) So far everyone in the new guild is cool, I'm glad for that.
So that's about it. I've got a few more gifts to buy, I plan on taking Britt out on Friday eve to pick out small things for her to give from herself.
