Yay, Recreation!!!!
I'm getting ready to head over to Deb's for some Guitar Hero hehe Brian's gonna stay home and practice his instruments. I got invited to go to the karaoke bar with another friend, but I really don't have the cash to throw away on drinks etc. Besides that, it's no fun to sit around and watch people drink. I don't drink and drive, so I rarely go out like that anymore. I am going there next weekend however for a Bday party.
Earlier we went over to the greenhouse and got a few more flowers. I have irises in pots on the deck, but they aren't fairing very well, so I'm just going to put those back where they were and put some annuals in there instead. Also got a horseradish for the herb garden- not sure how that's going to grow, but we will see I suppose. Not sure if I mentioned yet but we had to rip out the Santa Rosa Plum tree. Only one branch got blooms and leaves!? It pulled up easily so I assume it just never rooted well enough to support the size it had gotten? Looked into getting a weeping tree to replace it, but no tree is worth $130...
