Here's the transcript of Granholm's "State of the State" address last night. While this all sounds fine and good, where is the funding coming from?

I'm sorry, but here I am barely middle class right now and having to take loans to pay for college and you're telling me that I have to continue to pay my own way while my tax dollars pay for free education for others (especially those who have been making $20/hr+)? Yes, I want to help people, but come the hell on already! I do like the idea of the college scholarship for MI kids, but tell me, how far is $4000 going to go when Britt graduates high school? And again, where is THAT funding coming from?
I have the perfect solution- if you are able to get the hell out of here, get while the getting is good...
