First Color Coat Complete
Well, after "watching" Braveheart and Man in the Iron Mask, I have completed the first layer of paint! One more to go and DONE! Then comes the border though... LOL I have class tomorrow night, so will probably finish the paint Wednesday (figure 2 walls on Tues and 2 walls on Weds). I am gonna see if my mom will come over and help me with the border. It's hard to do with just one person! Then I can put up my new blinds and curtain valances!
THEN we have to move all the furniture into the kitchen so we can rip up the carpet and padding, treat the floor, then put the parkay tiles down. Still have to find a rug. I am thinking I might just go with a solid burgandy rectangle of carpet rather than a regular braided rug. They are more expensive than I originally thought, and we need money for other things like, say, our wedding LOL
I just had my nails done on Friday night, now they have paint caked behind and on them! UGH! Tonia says windex should take it off, I sure hope so hehe
It looks like a bomb went off in there, everything is in the center of the room. For once I have a good excuse for being cluttered haha
