Nice Bday Weekend
Had a nice time! Had BBQ chicken and ribs with my parents Sat afternoon, then had Mexican Gardens for dinner with Brian. He got me a gift card to the salon! I got my hair shaped up :) He also sent a hefty ring payment!!! LOL Britt got me a picture frame with a gumball machine on the front that you fill with gumballs! There is a dial on the bottom that dispenses the gum. It's cute! My mom got me 2 shirts and then they are getting my carpet installed after they get home from the Bean Blossom Bluegrass Festival next week LOL
Sunday, we went to Tonia's. She made me shishkabobs and a cake that said "OL FART *30*" on it haha I got some pics, I really need to get those online. I told her not to worry, I know where she lives and her 30th is coming Oct 15th hehe
I took Britt to get her school supplies yesterday. It's funny- she is almost 7 and picked a Strawberry Shortcake backpack and a Care Bears lunchbox... Ha same things I had at that age too LOL Her bday is Aug 28, I am getting her "Bratz Big Baby Cloe" I found it at Kmart while we were there getting supplies. Only $24.99, not too bad. I guess you can get some outfits for the doll also that are $7.99 each... I am not sure what we are doing for her party yet.
I cannot believe it's already almost time for school to start. I dread seeing those notebooks and highlighters at the front of the stores. That means Autumn is coming, which is ok, but then reminds me that Winter comes after Autumn, and I am already dreading it...
Everything is pretty much the same ol same ol on the job front... Nothing much else to report...
