Bushisms and Other BS
So my vote against Bush was overruled. I just hope the next 4 years brings about a positive change in this country, regardless of which puppet is the figurehead tool. I am not gonna say "OH HOLY HELL WE ARE DOOMED" and I am not gonna say "YAY!" either... I just hope the next election brings us candidates who are real, and give a shit about the people more than lining their pockets. (I know, it's not gonna happen, but I can hope)
In the coming 4 years I hope to see more healthcare reform, capping costs, prevention of fraudulent lawsuits and a prescription drug pricing regulations. I also hope to see major reform in the family courts system with harsher penalties for deadbeat parents, and low cost or free education for single parents (that is more obtainable for those who are actually working now, but desire higher education). And of course everyone wants better jobs and wages. Also, PLEASE PLEASE do something about those gas prices!!!!
Other than that, something rather funny happened today. A guy at work's wife is preg and seems to get weird cravings while grocery shopping. She bought some Hostess ding dongs, then instructed my coworker to just bring them in for us instead. Yeah, every last one of them was moldy, as was discovered by one of the guys who opened his and "dust" flew everywhere hahahahah Another had just taken a bite and promptly spit his all over hahahhaha I am glad I didn't take one LOL
