[RotM] Prompt 1.83.2 - BUFFYLAND
Well, it was bound to happen. Due to fighting and bad handling, the government of the United States has been overthrown. Congress has been dissolved, and YOU have been made the all powerful ruler of the USA. You are the absolute, but much loved, dictator of the country and all of its resources. You must now select a cabinet. Secretary of Defense, Treasury, State, Interior, Education and one other department that you create. Who do you pick? What is your first act as ruler?
Okay, first this is the best idea ever. I mean I kind of am anyway in Slayerland but this would make it official AND in the US. No more cold castle in Scotland. Perfect.
Secretary of Defense: Definitely Willow. She could make this magic shield thingy around the US and no way would anyone get inside. Anytime someone tried to attack the US, poof they'd be sent to another dimension or something. Very nifty to have.
Secretary of Treasury: Well, if Anya were alive, definitely Anya. Except she wouldn't want to give any of the money away but we'd be out of debt in no time. I mean try telling an ex-vengeance demon with a love of money that you can't pay up. Since she's out, I'm picking Dawn. Dawnie's ability to find the best sales ever, rivals mine. She can get the most out of a dollar, pound, euro, whatever money hence the reason I send her shopping when I can't.
Secretary of State: Okay, I'll admit I had to google this since I had no idea what a secretary of state did. For this, I'd put in Xander. He's got a great sense of humor and anyone that can handle a bunch of female Slayers during PMS and come out alive can handle any big bad from any country.
Secretary of the Interior: Leo DiCaprio. Seriously. The guy is into the environment and he's hot. That's pretty self-explanatory and since this is my version of anywhere but here. I'm picking him.
Secretary of Education: Another no brainer, that'd be Giles. He complained about our education all the time and this way he could do something about it.
Secretary of Demons: Angel. He'd be the only person I trusted to deal with demons and other big bads trying to end the world. Angel would also be a good liaison (word of the day, are you impressed?) between the public and demons. He's handsome, charming and has that dark broody charisma.
My first act as supreme ruler of Buffyland? Every month has a black Thursday. Seriously, stores have to open at 5am until 10pm and have the best sales ever once a month. Oh and the next act would be new shoes for everyone!
