"It's kind of fun to do the impossible." - Walt Disney
When I first got my powers, I was awkward girl. I didn't feel like I had control of my body. It was kind of like a puppy where they are all gangly feet and they don't have control over what they're doing. I mean I even missed the heart my first time staking. Now, it's second nature. I don't even think about what I'm doing. I just let my body take over and do what it was made to do.
It's pretty nifty having these 'super powers'. The Slayer healing? That's a very big plus. It also saves on doctor's visits which is always a yay in my world. Having enhanced strength comes in very handy when you can't get a lid off a jar, too. Okay, sometimes I break the jar when I'm trying to open it, but hey it gets opened.
Then there's my 'spidey sense'. Sure, it comes with the whole having to defeat demons and stop apocalypses but that tingly feeling you get when you sense a demon, never gets old. I wouldn't say it was fun, since there's usually slayage and people getting hurt that goes with it. Just having that ability, can be pretty cool.
