It seemed like ages since Link had proposed to her here, but it was only about a year ago.
Zelda sat down on the ground, exhausted. She had always thought that she could handle anything that came her way, but having a baby...it was something new altogether. When she wasn't exhausted she was worried or upset about something. She didn't feel like herself...but she knew without Link, she wouldn't have made it through.
She had begun walking around her garden in the afternoons. It gave her time to think.
She twirled the stem of a rose in her fingers, folding her legs underneath her with some effort.
