Will? Praising an Award Show? What The Hell's Going On Here?

Just when I had all but given up hope for a decent award turnout for just about any award show, they go and (posthumously) give Heath Ledger a Golden Globe for playing the Joker. That was the easy one. There was a lot of buzz surrounding his performance anyway.

But Colin Farrell for In Bruges!?!?!? That's brilliant! Talk about your dark horses! I mean, he didn't have a ton of competition in the category. But In Bruge came out early last spring or something; most award voters just sort of dance around the recent oscar fodder.

I'm kinda looking forward to the Oscars now.
