Need to read Lonely Planet Guide to the Philippines
I hate having a cold. I feel guilty talking to people, so I try to avoid any interaction, I don't want to be accused of spreading germs. I know how I feel when I am certain someone has passed their cold on to me. I want to smack him/her in the head even though my accusation is probably wrong.
I really need to read up about my country. People here at work keep asking me about my oncoming vacation, and then they ask what is the population of your country, what is the water like there, what is the weather like there, are you heading east or west, are you near the equator, so on and so forth!
And I get all stressed out because I don't want to look like a total fool, like when I said there were 2 million people in the Philippines to CARL. hahahaha
He must think I am a total idiot! Carl is Jason's DAD whom I eventually called the ultimate know it all in front of his family.
Egad, I was trying hard not to sound like an idiot, but I managed to make a fool of myself.
