good old pen and paper
but im at work
and its not with me
I just wanted to talk about the dating world
I dont have much experience
But Im an observer
guys and girls are both insecure
guys and girls both play games
honestly guys are just as crazy as girls
although they think they arent
let me explain something to the male race
something happened some years ago
a switch went off
and guys realized that, if they wanted
they could have all the power
I dont deny this
all they had to do was play a game
they'll hold you
tell you what you want to hear
hold your hand
kiss you
cuddle
etc...
but then they tell us we are crazy for thinking they liked us?
Im not saying they were in love
but liked?
I dont understand what happened
No one really dates anymore
we live in this confusing time
where you could makeout with someone one night
and the next night watch them makeout with someone else
im sure it has to do with the alcohol and the drugs
I'm not saying girls are any better
I'm just saying we dont deserve all the blame
I know when I try to explain what I want
it makes no sense
not even in my head
What if I dont want a boyfriend
Because I dont want to think of the future
I dont want one person to hold me back
from traveling and seeing the world
But I dont feel comfortable hooking up with a guy
that hooks up with a shit ton of other girls
I mean is it so wrong I dont want to imagine that person
with his fingers in someone else's vagina?
After they were in mine the night before
But I know in today's time that makes no sense
If someones not my BF what right do I have?

I guess I wish guys worked liked me
if you like someone
you dont find a need to search for another person
your content with the person you have
but without the hold
without the anniversaries and all that crap
But Im fucked
Because I still want to hookup
And I dont want a boyfriend
Guys think were crazy
because we say we just want to have fun
But its not like we said we want to have fun with every shmuck we see
I mean if I want to hookup but dont want a BF
why does that mean I have to hookup with all different guys
