I have some some things to request from you; they are rather experimental.
1. Papers. So here's my plan - I want to design some book covers for my portfolio, but I'd like to avoid using actual books. So, if you have an interesting essay or paper of some sort that you have written, you could send it to me and I'll read it and perhaps design a book-like cover for it. This may not work out at all - I might start on one of these and decide it's a terrible idea, or I might just get lazy and not do it, or who knows. But, if anyone's up for it, please send me some stuff; I know very well that you folks on my friends list are some smarties.
2. Music. I've been listening to various forms of rock music for a long time, and I'm trying to branch out. So, I'm calling on you, my friends list, to please recommend me some music that is not rock. It's ok if it's something famous - my musical knowledge is spotty and it will likely be new to me.
