hi. i want to apply to join here, but i had a question first. i was wondering if it is ok for me to apply without a picture? i have applied to some other communities and some care but others dont. i dont have a digital camera or a working scanner. once someone gets back to me, i will apply (if you guys dont care about not having a picture).
