Day 22
Day 22 -
Organised a driver to take us out to Leshan before our flight to Chongqing.
Amazing and very glad I got to see the Grand Buddha. It was something I wanted to do but didn't think we would get there with the limited time we had.

On the way back we were running early but got the driver to drop us directly at the airport. Good thing we did. Our flight has been canceled and we weren't informed! Not only that but NO ONE flys that route. Grrrr.
Made dash in cab and across to the other side of the city to try and get tickets for the train at the station with NO english. Good luck let Skylie pick the CRH line (brand new fast train, and we think, the reason no one does flights anymore) and we managed to get tickets.
Very fast trip that only took 2hours but no seat so we found the dinning car and sat on our bags.
We are in a four star hotel but every tired as we went out to get water, meet from Canadians, and ended up watching the two world cup games. As you do.
One more night here before we get on the boat for the cruise.
