in the end it seemed like the wrong decision and I cut it out.

No I didn't read it because I don't care for spoilers or anything slightly spoilerish. Still bill dying should be behind a cut so those that haven't read it wont have to read through to know what is going on.

I really loved the new book, best in series for some time. Hope some of the fae details can get into the tv show somehow...
