From The "Published.... Published Again (sort of ??)" Dept.
So.. over the last month or thereabouts I received emails (or "FlickrMail" - that term is annoying imho) regarding a few photos I had shot whilst in Australia.
The emails I received were from "Emma Williams", a "managing editor" for something called "Schmap Guides". Emma had emailed me to let me know that they were looking to use a couple photos in their guide to Sydney, NSW, Australia.
I gave them permission - I personally don't mind folks using the image for this sort of stuff - and made sure that I had accreditation on it. The images used for this "guide" (I still don't quite get the aspect of the thing) are not solely mine - but mine are part of the guide.
The image of Luna Park Wharf is being used along with one of my Sydney Harbour Bridge photos.

Kind of neat, as always, but I'm not really into the whole published for pay thing (or not for pay in this case) - it's more of a "nice to have" on the rezoom ;-)
