Um, maybe. I think it's a letter for me about school, but I'm not really sure what it says.

[It's a letter addressed to Nino Beilschmidt telling her that if she doesn't show up to school like she's supposed to, disciplinary action will result.]

That doesn't mean you aren't smart, it just means no one has taught you how to read. You'll start learning how in school, though.
