90 days left...
I haven't posted here in quite some time. A few days ago, Ben finally bought plane tickets for the trip, shortly hours afterwards I finally booked accomodations for his week stay in Victoria. I believed I joined this community during Autumn 2004, when we were finalizing plans for the trip. Now it's exactly three months left until Ben arrives.
It's crazy that he and I are together for nearly seven years, yet this will be the first time we meet in person. Even if I'm in a financial crunch at present, I should be okay by May. And I'm glad that work, college, and a 3-week practicum are around to keep my preoccupied. Nothing feels worse than counting down the days. I'm trying to avoid that because the saying that good things go by even faster. Hum...
And if my life isn't busy/crazy enough, I'm going to apply for a second (part-time). My current job (CSR)does offer overtime but I actually want a temp. second job related to the medical field. That and it looks good stating it on the work experience section of my resume, albeit short.
