I can't tell you how hard it was to narrow it down to nearly 70 images. M7 PicSpam takes discipline.
Tastanagi is right to be proud. Everyone loves a man-child.
Chris, who loves to smoke and drink...
...even when there are bullets singing over his head.
Vin, in between careers.
Vin takes a moment - and just that - to worry about getting a new job. Sorry Virgil.
Chris and Vin seem to make a connection in the ruthless way children do: one look and you're either in or you're out and nothing can change it from there.
::thunderstruck::
You're in.
JD arrives just in time to become a gunslinger, a sheriff, a regulator and a source of amusement involving a horse, a water trough and his beloved hat.
Two of my favorite things: blue sky and bad asses.
I also love the little divot of Chris's bottom lip.
The Wedding Photo
Chris shoots at JD's feet to bring home that you never shoot a man in the back. Very interesting since Vin has no compunction at all about doing just that in Nemesis and even has JD check for the shot. Vin's got nerve.
Meanwhile, Nathan waits somewhat patiently to be cut loose.
While Nathan gets momentarily freaked out over his own blood Vin crowds Chris at the bar and Chris doesn't move an inch.
Buck does his best to accessorize his mustache with mixed results.
Vin likes it though.
Folks will talk. Yes, we will.
I love how Vin squeezes in beside Chris and I also love how both Buck and Vin have no problem wearing pink.
The first of several pictures that look like Chris and Vin are riding the same horse.
Ezra and the prettiest green eyes I've ever seen.
The boys think so, too.
This image makes me wish for more interaction between these two.
Josiah's church...
...and his beloved horse St. Assisi.
Guns drawn, a beautiful friendship is formed.
See?! They're not even on a horse and they still look like they're in the same saddle.
Ezra graciously entertains the troops...
...and is awarded with applause for a trick he would have rather not performed.
Rain demonstrates how with some dried leaves kicked over a sturdy rope you, too, can snare a good man.
I don't know how Chris can be so stoic with Buck fondling his ass.
With Chris watching, JD and Buck Twist and Shout!
Chris discovers that Vin is worth a hell of a lot more than $500.
I love how their body language mirrors each other when Vin decides to tell Chris about the bounty and Chris decides not to let anyone ever collect it.
Falling in love over a setting sun.
Vin claims Chris's friendship...
...and Chris is smitten.
So romantic...
Vin stands up for fanon and proves that yes, he can indeed become a part of the landscape at will.
JD and his hat.
There's something very sweet about the way Chris watches and listens to Buck while poor JD stifles a burp.
Chris knows how to walk down a dusty hill like nobody's business.
With Buck's suspenders off his shoulders and his hand down his pants, he and Chris look like they just had a little somethin'-somethin'.
Chris admires Tastanagi's family...
...and remembers his own.
Back in the saddle.
Chris's hand on Vin's sleeve. He just can't help himself.
Ezra hunts rabbit. Be vewwwwwy quiet.
Ezra finds out that all the best gunslingers have abandonment issues when Chris warns him to never run out on him again.
Behold Chris's ::bling:: Nice gun.
You thought I was exaggerating about the same saddle thing, didn't you? Uh-huh...
Obviously unwilling to part Chris and Vin make plans to check out the highlights of Tascosa.
Which makes them both very happy...
...and eager to find a hotel.
::happy sigh::
