Electronic Entertainment Expo

Ahh yes E3 the most anticipated expo for Gamers every Year, when all the newest games for the holiday season and beyond are talked about, shown, and generally drooled over.

This year was the most exclusive ever. You had to have an invite and you had to basically be a member of the press. (Read, lapdog. Way to suck some Gamemaker dick there G4)And thusly G4 gets exclusive scoops on just about everything. And of course according to them everything is 'AWESOME!' and you just need to buy it.

Though there were a few promising titles that I saw being released in the near future there were three games being pushed hard on the masses.

Three games that were pushed hard last year, and honestly, are old news because we have known for about a year now they will be released this holiday season.

For the XBox360, he has become the brand icon, he wears a motorcyclehelmet and a suit of armor, he only says catchy one liners, and apparently thinks himself some kind of hoo raaa badass. The one, the only, Master Cheif!

Yes folks Halo 3 will be out this holiday season, glitchy as hell or perfectly polished.

For the Wii, the console responsible fo rmore thrown controllers than any other comes one of the most anticipated games for the console since launch. Having such power players as Mario, Luigi, Pikachu, Samus, Captain Falcon, Link, and Donkey Kong. We bring you Super Smash Bros!

About time.... Hope your friends are wearing helmets, this could get very ugly.

And finally for the titanic (literally, abandon ship!) console that is PS3. You get... Solid snake at 60. MGS4 people. Snake's gonna need a cane this go round.

To be honest though, third party exclusives look pretty good this year. But three games per console isn't gonna sell a lot of consoles. Especially when those three titles are the only thign new, and there's not really a Killer App for any console save for the Wii, which is Wii sports, which comes with the console.

I see console sales this holiday season crashing hard. A second controller is going to cost you $50 and up. Add a single game adn that's $300 $500 and $700 respectively. I see parents buying their kids new dell or apple laptops this christmas season. Poor kids, they're gonna have crappy laptops.
