yesterday i went to the aquarium and lost myself briefly in the salty water and the animals with secrets, especially the floweresque seahorses. oh with what shall i occupy myself today and tomorrow? welcome to 2007; i halfway broke my new year's resolution four-days-in, but it's not detrimental nor a green light for further alienation. it's just there. typically i would never make a resolution because they are like asking for failure. we are all just pushing and pulling, going and stopping. however this year i made one for the month of january, because it's reasonable. a reasonable stretchpushexpansion.
i'm happy december was over with a travel and a retreat. i was losing myself in the worst way. my back is still full of pain, but that can just be there too.
