The following advice was passed along to me today, and I think it's pretty good, so I'd like to share with you:
If you want to improve (at anything), you must be receptive to change, because if you just keep doing the same thing over and over, you will always get the same result. However, you must also be careful that your change(s) do not worsen your results. It is a very delicate balance, but the bottom line is CHANGE.
So, if you never want to improve at anything, just keep doing what you're doing. :-P But if you're interested in doing better at what you do, change is good! :)
