That's a very cool approach!! I know that another I like uses the gmail re-mail to help remind him of things he needs to do at specific times, like flight details at the time hes on the way to the airport
Sadly the hyper complicated projects I work with and the collaborate nature of someof them, mean email isn't the optimal format for me.
As I push 100's of projects forward there is massive heirarchy/graph of 1000's, to 12,000 entries.
Another concern I have, is not wanting another reason for my life to revolve around internet connection or email. I have found myself very productive by leaving phone, going to a place without internet and thus still need a way to keep track.
Oddly enough I have found myself even more productive when i leave the task list at home, and just focus on the top 1-3 I can remember! Managing the task list at that size becomes a massive task in of it's self!
I hope we can sit down and swap app recommendations sometime...
