Geek: Skype is okey dokey
Having numerous issues with cell phone reception, BD and I opted to try out using Skype, when working the sound was amazing relative to the crappy cell phone. So much so I felt like she was there, and I heard many nuances the cellphone mangles, and some new ones I've missed being preoccupied by the visual. I used my Tablet PC, with my performance gear (headset mic, pro sound card, etc). It's kinda wierd to be typing on a phone dial pad, on a big screen, and hearing it ring. It reminded me a bit of first getting into video conferencing with mentalmural when I moved to San Diego, and made me happy, being able to reconnect despite so far apart. Sadly the connection kept dropping out, supposedly sound card issues. Bleh. Not sure what to do there.

Self: Hair
I got something like gum in my hair there were 3 huge knots that would not come out, so I had to take scissors to excise them, resulting in a rather large ball of hair, with an odd curly tail. Oddly enough I have so much hair that it's impossible to tell, I'd post a photo to demonstrate but you would need a widescreen monitor to capture the full mane.
