The psychic girl with the connection to the killer is complaining about his blood being inside her always. That's NOT the way a blood transfusion works! Blood cells get worn out and are replaced within a couple of months AT MOST. They don't transfer white blood cells because they would attack and be attacked by the recipient. So, that's NOT why she's connected.
My theory is that having the transfusion awakened the girl's latent psychic powers, but fixated her to only seeing through his eyes because he is a dangerous nut.
Hopefully now that her powers are awakened a bit, they will become fully awakened eventually like Allison and her daughters.
