This is my Slam for Creative Writing:
You like to talk
But talk is cheap.
Friendship is priceless,
And you don't seem to have enough to buy me back.
You think you got it all figured out.
But you're just a little girl,
in a big world.
I cover my ears,
to shut out your voice.
But I let you get to me,
And you've managed to get under my skin.
Keep on damaging my soul.
What we went through together means nothing now.
You threw it all away for him.
And he is nothing.
But I managed to accept the fact,
that you and I can no longer live in harmony.
You are bound, and ripped from my life.
And when you look at me,
You will see that I am amazing...
And I am INVINCIBLE.
