I think part of the reason why I <3 Conan-Stewart-Colbert-Craigy is they are not only comfortable with their show identity, but able to acknowledge the work of others. And the reason why I can't stand Leno is on some level he knows he is untalented. So the only way he can succeed is if he is the only game in town, whereas all the other late night hosts can acknowledge their colleagues and even collaborate together at times. I don't know why I'm posting this, except Jimmy Fallon just showed up on The Colbert Report to have an ice cream battle with Stephen.
