Question about crossposting
So, I'm planning on writing BSG fic and it occurred to me that I won't really know where to crosspost. Especially since it's a bit of a hybrid in terms of genre. Maybe any of you can help?
The fic is set after "Revelations", it's an ensemble story and will have multiple chapters. What happens is that all important personal is just down on Earth and the non-friendly half of the Cylons find the fleet. Helo and Gaeta being the most senior officers on board, Galactica has to jump away. Now, they have to launch a rescue mission to save their command staff and the senior pilots. However, it's also going to feature a subplot wherein Helo has a one night stand with Gaeta, having to explain that one to Sharon (it's amazing how much that sounds like soap opera). So, it's kinda gen. Except that it features both a slash pairing and a het pairing. In the subplot. When they aren't busy shooting robots. And while it's ensemble fic, the focus is very much on Helo and Gaeta.
I'm pretty new to lj and I haven't quite figured everything out, no matter discovering all the interesting communities (or knowing whether, say, a slash community would care about a tiny slashy b-plot), so I'd be thankful if you could give me any pointers...?
