Yuletide!
Just a quick one to show off the two (!) Yuletide fics I got, which are lovely and went a long way in making up for the fact that I still haven't heard back from my recipient. Because geez, why would I this time, right? I should just stick to BSG exchanges in the future. That kind of thing never happens there.

Banter and Broomsticks
You might have seen that one around in one of the many Yuletide rec posts because people are reading it all over the place. It's just that good, just like something out of an episode, short story style. I asked my writer to teach me something new about a sport she's familiar with and you know what she wrote about? She wrote about Quidditch. Seriously, how is that not brilliant? Also, it's Dan and Casey, talking about Quidditch. And considering making a segment. So there.
The Family You Make
It's a Sports Night/The West Wing crossover! About Dan and Josh. What with SN being a Sorkin show, Dan was Josh v.1.0, so one should think there already are a lot of crossovers about how the two of them bonded around, but there really aren't. So this fic needed to exist, one could say. I'm pleased as pie that it was written, and written for me even.
So you all need to read these two stories. Or watch Sports Night, then read the fic. Clearly.
