If you want something to happen, do it yourself.

Ah, of course! I'm sorry to have implied that I lazily wanted others to do the work!

Thank you for that undeserved praise, Hatori-san! I really hope I can find a way to at least educate dear little Kisa, she's still so young and has a lifetime of learning ahead of her.

I'm sorry that I made it too complicated and assumed you would already know!

A place where people go to learn about everything so they can have jobs when they're grown up.

There are no such things as foolish or moronic questions, Miss. [ Oops... Feel free to correct him. ]

And unfortunately, it seems as if the only school I have come across is the one in Violet City. Even then, the primary focus of the education there revolves around Pokemon.

[nope, he'll be too ashamed to correct it |D ]

Has everyone truly been everywhere in this land? The people here must know of math, and science, and other important facts from somewhere.

I am not exactly too positive, but some, including myself, have been here for over a year. If the map in our gear is to be trusted, then at least one of us must have traveled to every city.

Perhaps the citizens are home-schooled?

If they are home schooled, the parents must have learned it from somewhere, and their parents, and so on. Could everything about this world be self taught as such?

You could always study the things you know by yourself, aru. That way, when you do return home, you would not have forgotten anything.

Because from my experience, when you go back, you just resume from the moment you were in before coming to Johto, aru.

But how would I study? There are no books on the subjects from which I learned... and I mostly ask this for my dear cousins, who are still so young and need to learn so much.

R-Really? There are none? [He hasn't looked.]

I didn't know, aru. Hmm... Perhaps there is a teacher among us? You could always ask him or her. Although... come to think of it, I am done with my studies for the most part, aru.

[Technically he was always learning, but still--]

It would be far too selfish of me to ask that burden of any educated adult!
