Guess we had a few friendly faces

Last night, after I'd gotten done with everything I had to do, I was with dramy and one of her best friends and we were getting ready to change from a coffee shop to a pub when this young blond calls out to us.

She said she and her boyfriend had just had a fight and she wasn't going to go back to talk with him anymore. She had been looking around the parking lot for women (there were 2 with me) and would we drive her to her apartment, which was just about 2 miles away.

We agreed, and Melanie (her name was, and probably still is, Melanie) gets in the back of Flash with dramy and starts to tell us about the situation. Her boyfriend isn't a douche except when he is, and they were singing karaoke and he got all argumentative, and she wasn't going to tell him that she was going home, but she wasn't going to talk to him anymore.

Once we got her home (it really was about 2 miles - about 5 minutes by car) and dropped her off, dramy says "She wins. That is the most passive aggressive way to win an argument. Take notes lady and gentleman. He doesn't get to win the argument. He doesn't know whether to be angry or worried. If he tries to get mad at her later, she can say it was totally his fault because of his behavior. If he doesn't want her to act like this again, he is in control of that if he's just not a douche."

Her friend says "Huh. I guess that's why I'm still single."

For the record, the rest of the night was delightful... but the most memorable part was with someone I'll probably never see again, ever.
