Last weekend my younger nephew, Foster, aged 2, lost his pacifier and was going around yelling and crying because he wanted it. My sister tiffdondo, not his mother, was trying to help find it and trying to tell him that we were looking. She looked at the Foster and said 2 or 3 times "We're looking for your pacifier", which he didn't seem to understand. So she looks at the 4 year old, his brother, and says "What do you call a pacifier at home?"

He says "I call it a soother. Foster calls it 'Aaaaaaaaah!' because he's still a baby and can't talk yet."
