Animal gave me his current workout last night. He said it's pretty brutal. I'm sure that depends at least partially on how much weight you're using, but if it kicks HIS ass it has to be rough. I'm planning on doing it as soon as I quit doing the ones focused on weight loss myself, but I needed to store it somewhere. If anyone does it, let me know how it goes.
