My ACT Story
So I wake up at 6:30 to get ready for my ACT.
I'm spose to be at Pace by 8am.
I realize that my calculator isnt allowed for the test.
So I grab my sisters.
But its out of battery.
I then drive to Walgreens to get a new calculator.
Now that I think about it, I should have gone to Walmart.
Oh well, to continue the story...
I realize that the store doesnt open until 8.
Its not 7:30.
I look at the door and open it and walk in.
I start looking around for a person to ask for help.
No one was around.
So I find the calculator and start looking again for someone.
I stand at the cash register for a long time.
No one comes.
I start to write all my information on a piece of paper.
At that moment a guy comes out from the back room.
This is the convo that came next:
Guy: How did you get in here?
Me: the door
Guy: the door isnt open
Me: i know, i slid it open
Guy: you know thats considered breaking and entering
Me: i'm sorry, but i really need this calculator. can i please pay for it?
Guy: I called the cops on you, they're outside waiting for my word.
Me: I'm not stealing or anything. I want to pay for it. I need the calculator for a test.
Guy: What test?
Me: the ACT's.
Guy: What grade are you in?
Me: Senior
Guy: So you need this for college?
Me: yes
Guy: *thinks for a moment* ok. let me open the register.
After the guy rings me up I say thank you and walk out.
The cops are outside and look at me.
One cops asked me:
"Are you the one they called us for?"
I replied:
"Yes, but I didn't steal anything."
I get in my car and drive off.
It takes me another 20 minutes to get to Pace cause I get lost.
Stupid me.
I sit down to take the test, and realize there are several ants on me.
Red ants mind you. (I'm allergic).
I take them off quickly and start my test.
I leave Pace and go to BK, to be overcharged by $4 on my credit card.
Nice job idiots.
I get home and tell my mom what happened.
I'm called an idiot several times.
I dress up to go to the beach and hang out with Alexa, Ruben and Nikki.
We decide to go into the water.
The waves...lol...are fun.
I start body surfing only to come out in severe pain.
One of the waves flipped me onto my head, that hurt.
I come home and get dressed for the movies.
Again with Nikki and Ruben.
We decide to go to Gameworks.
My first time.
I see a Dolphins bear, I want it.
We waste over $40.
I got my bear.
Lol.
I come home at 12 and go to bed.
I wake up this morning sick.
I hope that not all ACT days are like that.
