Okay, so I was trying to figure out my top ten favorite movies. This is what I came up with in no particular order (except Fast Times is my favorite)
1) Fast Times at Ridgemont High
2) Coming To America
3) Say Anything
4) High Fidelity
5) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (the first one)
6) Grease
7) Spider Man 2
8) Wedding Crashers
9) Chasing Amy
What's my #10? The closest I came to thinking of a #10 were Office Space and Forrest Gump, but I'm not sure. That Thing You Do! came up, and it's close but not quite top 10 material.
Say Anything is cliche, but Cusack is just too good in it. I've never seen anyone convincing portray awkward like that movie, and all the dialogue is near perfect without being too cheesy.
Don't fuck with me about Wedding Crashers, it truly is the best comedy released in at least the past 10 years. It's amazing.
and I am STUPID psyched for the new TMNT in March. Three days after my birthday, which by the way is in one month.
