I've been smiling every time I hear Obama upgraded from Senator to "president-elect." I'm still dazed by it.
I had to explain to the kids a few days ago that even though today was election day, if Obama won, he didn't get to start being president until January. They felt that was royally unfair! It is hard to argue with their enthusiasm.
