writing songs between familiar faces.
yesterday i picked up my guitar and used my tape recorder to good effect cos i really wanted to finish some of these songs. i think i've found my new method of getting melodies and guitar parts down cos it worked so well. i wrote the best song i've ever written for sure yesterday, i even finished lyrics and stuff. i want to add a part but it's mostly done.
i didnt sleep till 10 last night. i only started tiring at 8 cos i think just having too many around me started exhausting me. i just keep walking around seeing people and having people come around. Shogun, Natc, then shogun and kate together, spit came over, simon, and then to my suprise tom from melbourne showed up, which was cool. plus the people staying at the house as well. all up, thats a lot of people for someone who hasn't slept in 40 hours haha!!!
i had a bit of trouble getting to sleep still. weird.
now i'm back at work. i'm wondering if i can handle having people stay during the week, and i dont think i can. i feel pretty uptight after days of work and i need to relax and stuff. i might have to ask the kids if they can find somewhere else now that the weekends over. i'll see.
