(no subject)
i cant sleep. i think tonight is the first night i have tried to go to sleep before midnight since... LAST MAY!
------and i have to get up in 6 + 1/2 hours.
what's even worse, is that i have to get up to go to school. school. i don't remember what that's like.
i'm not even real sure how much it will be like school, as everything will be foreign= students, teachers, language...
BUT, i only go from 8 to 1, so it cant be too bad, na?
yes it can. who am i kidding? i will have made acquaintence with 2 out of 1200 attending my school upon arrival. one is a 14 year old german girl. i mean, we have lots in common.
alex shafer finally decided to email me on his handy internet telephone today. that was nice, since i had only sent him 5 or so emails before, plus a postcard from Paris, persuading him to write me.
he doesn't know about the postcard
i haven't sent it
i had no stamps
so i will be sending it tomorrow.
i havent heard a peep from sterling either. and i probably wont. since i was just using my year in germany as a way to get sympathy and so that i could get attention from my friends...
ORRR... i really just wanted to spend some quality time with them before i leave them for a year
either way, i will still not hear
maybe ill write him a postcard too, as i still have a few i bought in ol' paris for a mere 50 cents
i guess thats not too much of a sacrifice for a friend.. a 50 cent postcard and 1 euro for a stamp
