After Kurikara's test concluded, Kurikara summoned a wormhole, allowing Hisoka to return to Gensokai, and, from there, back to Meifu, releasing him from the power of the island(s).

However, Miakis, Queen's Knight of Falena, personal bodyguard of Queen Lymsleia, was a bit too close to Viki when she sneezed at the victory banquet, and has ended up on the island.
